ok what's with all the hate here. the international has nothing to do with communism.in regards to arafat, he is admired by workers all over the world for his work in creating a independent palestinian homeland. therefore, this is pertinent to you. the palestinian refugees have received help in form of donations not only from labor organizations in the u.s. (AFL-CIO) and our brothers and sisters in europe too. and just to remind you ,IAEP is a LABOR organization that is proudly part of NAGE, wich is part of AFL-CIO. that means that your union dues not only go to serve you, but workersw all over the world!!! that is why we are so strong!!! That is why we are an INTERNATIONAL organization. Yes , of course we are tied to all sorts of social justice causes, that is what it is all about!!! and we are proud of that. now, get on the afl-cio web site and see what you are now part of and stop scaring people!
