Hi Jim, I second your motion for an early election. It seems that our "caring, involved and communicative" IAEP management won't act for the betterment of those they serve and must be prodded into action. Although the apathy factor is working toward their advantage. I have called on Mike to resign in earlier posts and am still awaiting a response. I also feel Dave Holway is hiding, thought he was going to post those, "survey" results some months ago? I know the results from talking to fellow Union members, I want to see it verified by the IAEP. I have had enough of their half hearted efforts as a Union. I want to see NEMSA in here! there will be a debate on Friday, august 27th at Alameda county Ops at 18:30. PROVIDED that IAEP will agree to the rules. NEMSA already has agreed. If you are in the neighbourhood, I would love for you to show up.If you can help me with questions I should ask of IAEP at the debate, I would love to hear them, frankly we know little about them, but enough to be very worried, they have these guys parading around as if IAEP is the best thing next to sliced bread, but I don't know about the way they toot their horns.... narcissism comes to mind...
NEMSA has made up their own rules to hide behind their inappropriate agenda.
NEMSA – Weather or not you think the name on the docket should be NAGE or whatever. The fact is that the employees of AMR want a debate and IAEP has stated that they will be there. Put up or shut up!
