Well, the debate happened and we have seen the result of the debate. The new leadership is here and I certainly hope that IAEP will take charge of this situation appropriately. I do hope that those of you that did not prevail will not commit malfeasance among your coworkers. I did notice that some people on the NEMSA site are unhappy and hint of being little snitches that will attempt to get their coworkers fired. That seems like misconduct in the making. I certainly hope that all field personnel will watch and correct that behavior immediately if it is detected. We cannot allow losers that refuse to be gracious and undermine the entire group and cause dissention and chaos among their peers for the benefit of their ego preservation.
