250 has not extended our CBA for three years. This is a lie. It has come to my attention that this was being stated within your borders, along with a petition protesting the NLRB vote. I only hope that this statement was not what made some of the 100 sign (is this a majority in your county?). I'm sure the NLRB did say it would be fine to sign a petition. Why would they care? However, they will go from the filed objections and determine from those if there needs to be a hearing. Then it will go to D.C. for approval, and stay there for who knows how long. This will not stop the certified elected representative from acting as such in the meantime. So, maybe by the time this is resolved, you can decertify, as the one year mark might be at hand. I don't think the NLRB will look kindly on allegations that their vote was unfair. Afterall, Monterey had some of the worst voting times, and we had over 100 members vote, possibly more than on the Sacramento petition.
In any event, Sac, be the rabble rousing cynical scrappers that always made Monterey view you as our co-patriots, and make a phone call to the correct powers that be to determine what is truth, and what is fiction.
So Erin, I hear the price for Monterey was 5 million dollars. Way to sell your people out. You expect anyone outside your county to believe the "I haven't recieved the information" justification? Well 250 got what they paid for. Good luck to you. Your lack of integrity makes you a prime candidate for IAEP/250
The theory as of late is that maybe Medic One is multiple people, or maybe they just have multiple personality disorder. Either way they do suffer from some sort of disorder wich inepts them to actually making a point. Here is a suggestion medic one. Just so you can stop wasting time, you need to know, about 98 percent of the time we don't even know what you are talking about because of the ways you form your sentances. You see, the language we are using on the message boards is called Enlish. Even though you are using english words, your sentance structure, and thoughtprocess is poor at best. It would be to your benefit to actually make sense from now on when you type messages. Even your personal insults could hit home a little more if you could begin practicing what is called proper grammer and sentance structure. I hope that the reasoning you use while typing is in no way a reflection of what is floating around your brain. Something you may not realize is that we engage in a profession here at AMR. I suggest you stop stabbing your coworkers in the back by acting as a catalyst for union division. You in fact have caused the most back stabbing in the EMS community so far. You should be ashamed at yourself, and take a moment to look at the stupidity you have put forth on these two message boards. Soon you will fade away, like the rest of NEMSA, and some of us might even miss your drama. You need to know thats all you are, drama, straight out of Beverly Hills 90210. I nominate you the Shannon Doherty from the TV show actually, you fit the role quite well (she looks like a rat!) Hope it keeps you content. The rest of us are laughing at you. Have fun on the next set, we will stay "tuned" for your next episode of "NEMSA Drama, 90210"*.
