Do you remember end of season specials? It was a program done within the last couple episodes of say a sit-com in the days before Tivo or VCRs for that matter. It was a way to recap the funny moments of the show through the season to make sure that you would watch the show next season. The better the end of the season special and the finale, the more likely your show would be viewed next year.
I was reading over some of the old posts, having fond memories of the days prior to the vote. So many wonderful conversations took place and I think that we need a little reminder of what it was like back in the good old days.
Icemedic:
Darn I thought IAEP at least hired people with some sort of education. Oh well I guess that is why NEMSA will win!
Ice
Forgotten, but there when you need it.
NEMSA Lover:
NEMSA has a clean record we can all work together and keep it that way. Can't really get any worse than SEIU. Why not give it a shot? Worse comes to worse, next year we can decert NEMSA & switch again without losing representation as required by AFL-CIO.
Medic One:
Hey smart guy. Why not site some law to back up the claims there genious. Oh thats right you can't.
Go to school son. Then play
I forgot who wrote this one but it is a classic:
Our dues will not go up when NEMSA is voted in! STOP LYING!!!! It is one thing to win this election via running a strong campaign, it's another to force people that obviously want away with you F*$#*!@ lies!!!!!!!!
All you bastards have done is lie and mislead the membership. If Local 250 believes in IAEP as much as you want all of us to believe, then why don't all the local 250 acting field reps wear that gray IAEP t-shirt like the other people. They acted like those people didn't even matter.
More messaging that gives cause for insecurity:

We want the giant unions gone......and if NEMSA doesn't follow through with all that has been stated....then we'll oust them too. Since now we all know the truth about decerting any given union.
It's like Ice water in your veins........do ya feel it?

"And yes you now have to deal with me on this forum also. LET THE FLAMING BEGIN!!!!
Now this episode leaves me confused and I'm not sure if this is one of those cable channel programs. If you are going to let the flaming begin, and you're from San Mateo County, you are named after a fairy tale horse (close relative to a unicorn) shouldn't you be flaming at a gentlemens dance club?
The episodes are so great, I'm gonna be around next season. Here is a little more recap for our viewers that have recently joined us:
Medic One used to say profound things like:
Like I said, where is the evidence skippy?
What, where, when. Date, time, detail.
You better get your poop in a group before you step on the field.
Back to the bench junior.
NEMSA Lover:
"Ever wonder why THE MAJORITY of shop stewards in the MAJORITY of the counties don't want to have ANYTHING to do with SEIU?"
Well, it makes me wonder why they were shop stewards if they didn't want anything to do with SEIU.
Icemedic:
You'll never make it as a medic if you have no ethics. See all of us real EMS workers are depended upon by the general public. Along with that comes a strong moral & ethical responsibility. Good luck, try again in the future!
Ice cold, very refreshing, with a bite too.
I hope that you have enjoyed this season. Please join us next season when we will visit the NLRB final ruling on the legitimacy of IAEP. The final outcome of the vote and to see if any progressive work happens among the "childish bastards" that just "can't get over it."
So these were the end of summer specials, I want to see the fall pre-season specials too. I have limited time and money, so I want to choose wisely. The NLRB is like a variety show. I miss the variety shows, the NLRB should come through with a decent pilot.

Why are you people talking about chickens on my thread?
This thread is devoted to the great quotes of the past.
Don't get of task now, respond to the great minds that have shown they are able to share their soul with all. You know, stuff like, "LET THE FLAMING BEGIN!"
