hola poncho


     welcome to north hollywood! now that i have greetings out of the way let me introduce myself. im autumn  im a fellow suporter of IAEP and a past supporter of NEMSA until i found out what they were realy about from the people who will really tell you the truth.  Carlos is the guy driving the NEMSA durango he is an awsome guy and very knowledgable but also very angry to people who support IAEP. so watch out for him. you can see his true colors if you read some of his and other peoples posts. hes one person to your face and another on these posting boards.  theres also some back ground if you want any on all of this crap too. and when i say crap i mean crap. but it would be good to get to know you and hopefully shed some light on your questions.  have fun in NO HO

Well Poncho,


Thats a long story.. I did have respect for Carlos at one time, but he made a promise to the members about a week ago and has since gone back on that promise.. not to mention that he feels that if he's been "lied" to by someone, he believes it is ok to lie not only to that person, but to all of us in this division, not to mention that  he took the responsibility to represent the members when he put in the petition to decertfy the current union and now does not feel that he has to follow through with the current wishes of the division.. also, the fact that he has admitted to being offered a job with NEMSA should they be voted in... which means to me that NEMSA is bribing him to do their bidding just as they did the shop steward up north.


At this time, the people in our division have been signing a petition stating that they would like the current contract between SEIU and AMR to be affected by IAEP, and that they would like the petition that Carlos filed to be withdrawn. They feel that IAEP would be the better choice as they have years worth of experience and the financial backing to carry on the workings of a union. NEMSA has, to date, failed to present the people with a financial projection on how they plan to spend the dues of the people and how they will do "buisness" in order to carry on.


There is a lot of shady dealing that I don't agree with in terms of what a union should be on the issue of NEMSA.. please see my post "IAEP as a candidate" for a brief insight as to why I feel this way.


I have in the past, worked as a member of the IAEP and feel that they are the smart and logical choice in terms of unions. Carlos does not. And that's fine.. as I've said before, we are all entitled to owr own opinions.. but I don't agree with the dirty way that Carlos has chosen to play this game. He probably feels the same about me.. but keep in mind.. I gain nothing should IAEP become our representing union, and he gains money and position with a union that I feel doesn't deserve us.


I'm sure Carlos is a great guy.. and like I said... at one time he had my respect, but no more. I don't trust him as he "gave his word" to my face, and proceeded to turn coat when Torren found out. I don't like that and don't feel that a person like that should be at the spear head of a new union.


But.. that's my opinion......

oh yea and one more thing ponco please read the posts in "i just noticed" its very enlighting into who carlos is  at the end of the postings he makes a comment about the new people it gives good insight into what he thinks about us and also how much he cares. i dont want to misqoute it  so please read it and if you have a question on it send me a message i would be glad to respond.

 word of advice. watch what you say. You might be attack if you say something wrong that might upset the PMS twins.


 Pancho you need to really go around and ask several members at our division. You see you would only get IAEP version of me. Just watch out. Be open minded and be willing to listen to what the members really think.

actually.. so would I.... but then.. whatever he says today.. will probably be different tomorrow..... but that's just an observation.. perhaps he's turned over a new leaf... If so.. I'd love to give him another chance to prove himself as trustworthy and honest.... and I don't mean that he changes his mind about IAEP.. that's not going to happen...... And that I do respect.. but that's about it.

 No I have not change for you or any one else. I don't care if you respect me or not. I never ask you to respect me. I did my job as a shop steward better then any one in our division has. You commites and post of me mean nothing to me.


 Pancho is new to our division and to the web site. Go ahead and keep trashing me. Am I always on your mind that you need to talk about me. I must of made a lasting impression on you and Dawn (Autum).


 I'm honor as always.

I too ask that everyone who is undecided or unsure to keep an open mind until they feel that they've gotten all the info that they need in order to make a decision.....

How is answering a question that asks for my expressed opinion interpreted as "always having you on my mind"


If my opinions of you make you feel honored.....mmmmm......


And I know you don't care if I respect you..... if you did you wouldn't have lied to me.
