RE: I just noticed

hmmm sounds alot like what you do doesnt it..... annoying isnt it......  incase you didnt know it is. but this has been great fun i have to get going though. just keep in mind this has nothing to do with the people that are involved with this fight it has everything to do with the poeople and what we will be getting and whats best for everyone  not just one or  three people.  sad as it may be egos are getting in the way and we are getting way off  course from what we are trying to achieve.

What concerns me is that Carlos has now pretty much admitted he doesnt care much about supporting the newer employees in his county.

"I get my shift and you, well get what's left"

"OOOHHHHH someone will lose their job."

Doesnt sound like someone who cares much about people low on the seniority list.  First refusing to pull the petition, now this.  Lets see how many employees he can alienate himself from.

On your mark, get set, go....

<raising hand high> ONE! I get to be the first to loudly admit that in my book, nothing Carlos says holds any water!

Hey Autum,

What Nor-cal AMR does has nothing to do with you.  If it did then you would make the same amount that we make.

When you ask for something in writing, by the legal standard, it is to affirm a positive or a change in the status quo, not a negative or maintenance of the status quo. So, by virtue of the fact that So-Cal does not have anything in writing, that states that they will change the status quo and recognize IAEP, then they will not.  By the standard, it is you that has the burden to prove the positive, in other words, you have the burden to prove your case by obtaining, in writing, a document from AMR that recognizes IAEP for Southern California.

Good luck.  I hope you enjoy your quest.

Ok, what the heck does this mean?:

"I gone your in charge. Please finish this issue for me. Girls be nice to Medic-one your the man."-Carlos

I gone? what? caveman? And then check out the run on sentance at the end, "girls be nice to Medic-One your the man." Are you saying that the girls are the man? that doesn't make sense? Do you have the same type of job as me? Do you have to write PCR's as well? whats the deal dude? Also, if Medic One is the man to you, we want nothing to do with you and NEMSA

"Hey MO... ever hear of a thing called "precedence"? That's what the Meyer letter represents.. you really believe that a company that recognizes the service agreement for 2400 employee's is going to bother with the legal ramifications that will insue should they even attempt to deny the same to the 120 employee's of North Hollywood? ( and the CEOs name for SoCal is Dave... not "what".... I did notice that fact that Louis is the CEO for NorCal.. hence the title "Chief Executive Officer North-West Plains Region")"

how quickly you forget the things that are plainly written.. tonight no less......

Nice claim.  I am intrigued.  Now back it up with something like a solid fact based argument.  It is that simple.

Correct me if Im wrong, but Carlos isnt a NorCal AMR guy either, yet I dont see Medic One telling him to stay out of it.  Ohhhh, I think Ive got it now.  If you support the pro-Nemsa guys, then you are fully entitled to be here...in fact you are welcomed here.  But if you arent pro-Nemsa, then this doesnt pertain to you and you need to mind your own business.  That is apparently Medic's school of thought.

Im so sick of the double standard Nemsa people keep throwing out there.  As some one at Nemsa once said "Its all about credibility people."

I'll leave it to your abilities to follow the map I gave you in order to find the Louis Meyer letter.

I am not talking about the Meyer letter Amy I am talking about your claim about NEMSA that you have not offered any basis in fact for.  I am waiting.

Oh and as to the double standard claim.  Carlos has not injected himself into Nor-cal he is responding to So-cal related posts.  Get it right before you argue it.

Lol, and yet another double standard.  All that autumN has been doing is interjecting regarding the socal posts.  Over time, Carlos has repeatedly made indirect comments on the NorCal situation, thats why he posts on the board, because he is trying to swing support from IAEP.  AutumN has not.  She has merely  been responding to Carlos. Get your facts straight "before you argue it."

I'm sorry, it's late.. exactly what do you want me to prove.....

The fact that NEMSA can't add and says that it's won 4 elections when it's actually only won 2

The fact that NEMSA's great battle call before the vote was that "AMR will sign off on the contract".. but had no way to guarantee it...

The fact that I've yet to see anything in the way of proof that AMR SoCal's sevice agreement will not be honored.. except because you say so..

gosh.. I just STILL can't find a reason to sway my opinion in favor of NEMSA.... I wonder why that is.......

And just because it came up earlier and was never addressed...

What's this about Tim Bonifay was in charge of the Oak Valley contract up until just prior to his walking out and the expiration of that contract? Did he deliberatly walk away in order to ensure that his foundling union would actually have members? I'm not accusing or saying this is fact.. but it is an interesting avenue that's not come to light until now........

"Tim was in charge of negotiations with Oak Valley's contract set to expire April 8th. Tim resigned February 25th. San Mateo was interesting on many accounts. The stewards changed their position from 250 to nemsa three weeks before the vote, with gaining fire jobs being an over-riding issue." under the topic "IAEP as a candidate".....
