Richard George, is an IAEP organizer. He is also a convicted felon. That doesn't sit well with the Dept. of Labor. Mr. George is working off of our dues money. YES, your dues money pays for a convicted felons' salary. The following information is verbatim.
BOSTON GLOBE DEC. 16, 1995. "EX-COURT CLERK PLEADS GUILTY" page 23 SECTION: METRO
RICHARD GEORGE, The former assistant clerk magistrate of Cambridge District Court, pleaded guilty yesterday to conspiring to deprive the state of its right to his honest services for twice giving blank search warrant forms to Michael P. Fosher of Belmont. Fosher then used the warrants to illegelly enter homes. The FBI and State Police investigated a series of home invasions along the East Coast, ranging from suburban Pittsburgh to Florida. The investigation resulted in the convictions of Fosher, Anthony Corso and two other men. George, 55, of Belmont ADMITTED he knew that Fosher would use the forms for an ILLEGALL PURPOSE. He resigned his post in february.
I believe NAGE/IAEP is being investigated for this. You are not supposed to let felons work for unions. Convicted felons get cushy organizing jobs with the IAEP as your dues are raised??? This is an absolute outrage. We will be representing this issue at the picket which will be SOON!
