I know how to handle bullies that hide behind sarcasm. I've played this game for a little while. What is this thread all about though? Is there a credible argument to be had? NEMSA has more intrigue that is addressed with distractions.

first, I don't smoke pot, second I never said anything about a phone number or a manager being out of town. Medic One, you're good at slinging insults, but you avoid answering any of the points I've made. Are you denying that Lyle and Curt Hughes are brothers? Do you not think anything is suspect about getting that sort of kickback arrangment. Of course I know you don't think there is anything suspect about it because you are one of the people reaping the benefits of it. But as for us little people getting screwed over, you don't seem to care.

As for Icemedic, you say I have no proof but I've presented evidence for everything I've put forth. But don't worry Torren and the Nemsaettes will have their day in court because they're getting sued! If Tim, er I mean Medic One, denies that Curt and Lyle are brothers in court he'll be guilty of perjury on top of everything else.

NEMSA's self appointed field staff are gonne pull donw close to 90 k a year, there's over 100,000k a month in dues income that is unnacounted for . 1.2 million a year for Tim and Torren and a few of there close friends to divy up in addition to their 90 thousand a year in salary. I didn't make that up, thats straight from tim. Its been sumitted to the court in the lawsuit! FACT, FACT, FACT.

Tim Talbot works for the CDF- FACT

the CDF wants ems jobs- FACT

the IAFF has said that they will actively pursue contracts not protected by the AFL_CIO articel 20. - FACT

Torren and Tim started organizing NEMSA while still working for 250. That is shady business. Torren's merchandising company is shady business. the Durango deal is shady business. ALL FACTS

I see no facts. Give me date, time, detail there MR. I have the hard evidence and the WWF is real. Lyle Hughes is an insurance broker and is not related to Curt Hughes, but of course you would not call because then you would not have anything to say. The bylaws and resolutions are set. The corporate non-profit law states that all expenditures of the association must be of mutual benefit of the members. (Thus the designator of California Non-profit Mutual Benefit Corporation) No one is going to make a million dollars the members run it. Tim Bonifay is not an officer of the association. So then tell me there Cletus, what governs; the e-mails from the lawsuit or the Corporations official documents?

Wanna shut them up Medic One and whom ever else? Show them the paper work that the vehicle was a donation. That should do it... Right?
